Husho creates personalized bedtime stories for children ages 2–5. A parent creates an account, adds their child's name, age, and interests, and Husho generates illustrated, narrated stories.
From parents: email address and password (for authentication). From children (provided by their parent): first name, age bracket, and interest tags. We also store the stories, illustrations, and audio generated for each child.
To generate personalized stories. We do not use child data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than creating their stories.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We require verifiable parental consent before collecting any child information. Parents can review, modify, or delete all child data at any time by deleting the child's profile from the dashboard.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Media assets (images, audio) are stored in Cloudflare R2. All connections use HTTPS. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Parents can delete a child profile at any time, which permanently removes all associated stories, illustrations, and audio. Deleting your parent account removes all child data. There is no recovery after deletion.
Stories are generated using OpenAI language models. Illustrations use OpenAI image generation. Audio uses OpenAI text-to-speech. All generated content passes automated safety filters before being published to a child's library. We do not send child data to any AI provider other than OpenAI.
We use essential cookies only for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
